Missy, what is a "match" letter? Are these acceptance letters to the university?

Missy- Great post about the options of renting or buying when going to college.

Irina, a Match letter is what Physician Residents receive all over the United States that determines where they will do their residency requirements. The students graduating from Med School put down there top 3 choices and when the letter arrives they know if it was a "match".

Katerina, yes just for Medical Doctors.

Missy, thanks... I'm sure it's an exciting time for these physician residents. A lot of decisions to be made and what a great resource they will have in you and your team in helping them with their real estate needs in Ann Arbor.

Hi Missy I think this is a great way to help the Physicans who are not sure if they should rent or buy.

Missy - aren't there special programs for residents in getting home loans? I thought the underwriters used different ratios, they were allowed lower rates, etc. Am I even close to being right on that?

Missy - Any of these physicians would be fortunate to have you assist them with their housing need.

Missy, this is a wonderful post to help those studens who will be moving to your area and learning and working in what I believe is the best darned medical school in the country.

Good tool Missy - Most of the time home ownership is the way to go.
