University of Michigan Residents "match letters"

We are certified to work with Dr's

The “MATCH” letters went out on Friday, across the United States and I’m sure there is a number of incoming University of Michigan Residents trying to decide if they should buy or rent in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area.

Here is a Rent or Buy Calculator that will help you decide if you should Buy or Rent for the next 3 to 5 years.

After you try it out, know that the Missy Caulk TEAM can help you whatever way you decide is best for you during your Residency.

If you want to purchase or rent you can start your home search here. We work with a great lender that will not count your school loans until you are finished with your residency.

Missy, what is a "match" letter?  Are these acceptance letters to the university?

Irina, a Match letter is what Physician Residents receive all over the United States that determines where they will do their residency requirements. The students graduating from Med School put down there top 3 choices and when the letter arrives they know if it was a "match".

Katerina, yes just for Medical Doctors.

Missy, thanks... I'm sure it's an exciting time for these physician residents.  A lot of decisions to be made and what a great resource they will have in you and your team in helping them with their real estate needs in Ann Arbor.

Missy - aren't there special programs for residents in getting home loans?  I thought the underwriters used different ratios, they were allowed lower rates, etc.  Am I even close to being right on that?

Missy - Any of these physicians would be fortunate to have you assist them with their housing need.
