When looking for a new home it pays to be as inquisitive as possible. Be sure to 'kick the tires' and look around and do your best home buying detective work. Most sellers understand that potential buyers will want to review the home thoroughly. Bring a flash light to get a better look in dark or enclosed areas and use a tape measure to measure room sizes and determine how your furniture would fit. Take a notebook to document what you see and don't be afraid to ask questions. If you see a home that you are considering buying, go back a second time for another look. Make sure you do whatever is necessary to learn as much as you can about the home before you buy it. If you are thinking of buying a new house, I would be glad to meet with you to discuss how I can help you find your next home.
