4 Closed Sale 1260 Midwick was on the market 21 days.
There are definitely homes selling quickly, and it only tells us that, if a home is PRICED RIGHT and the consumer SEE THE HOME VALUE, it is going to sell fast. It may even bring MULTIPLE OFFERS.
How long should a buyer wait? Do you consult a psychic? Do you trust the media? Do you trust your friends and families to help you out on your decision? If you see that a home has 75% of what you like/need, a good value, good price, chances are someone else is thinking the same too.
