We are also receiving more calls for Short Sale listing information, a sign of the times. We are also receiving more inquiries from home buyers interesting in looking at foreclosed properties for sale. Foreclosures and Short Sales can be a good buy. We see list prices for these properties at about 10 to 25 percent or more below other homes for sale.
