Are you hosting an open house on Easter Sunday? Franklin TN is located in the Bible belt. As a matter of fact, Nashville is referred to as the "buckle of the belt". Many businesses here will be closed on Easter Sunday. Even big chain stores like Target are closed.

I have added a page to my website with the weekly update of the open houses for Franklin. I assumed that no agent would host an open house on Sunday. I was surprised to see that one agent decided to take advantage of out-of-town visitors and host an open house.

Not me. I'll be spending the morning in worship and the rest of the day with my family. How about you?

Happy Easter!! I am not holding a house open and have family plans, but I know some agents who area. I have in the past and it went pretty well with lots of people out for brunch after church

Tammie, I won't be holding an open house I'll be celebrating the Easter Weekend with family and friends. A few years ago I got a sign call on Easter Sunday afternoon--- at least they waited until I was home from church.

I am with you Tammie - I wont be holding an Open House on Sunday. In fact, as crazy as it sounds, I take off Sunday every week. :) In Vegas, where everyone has a crazy schedule, that is possible.

Funny. One of my new agents asked me if it was okay to show houses on Easter Sunday. I told her it was up to her to try, and it was up to the sellers to either accept the showing or deny it.

I won't be working on Sunday.
