Deerfield Township Easter Egg Hunt April 19 2014 Cottell Park
The only thing close to watching kids scurry for Halloween candy is the annual Easter egg hunt! Deerfield Township is hosting their annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday April 19th with two sessions: 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. And within that will be different age groups to keep the young ones from getting hip checked by some older kid after that egg!

Where: Cottell Park (5847 Irwin-Simpson: southeast corner of Snider and Irwin-Simpson, don't forget the area road construction)
When: 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Session 1
9 a.m. Easter activities (facepainting, clowns, visit with Easter Bunny)
9:30 Egg Patch (toddlers and other kids not ready for the frenzy of the egg hunt)
10 Egg Hunts (ages 4-6 and 7-11 groups, separate fields for each group)
10:15 Egg turn in (they recycle the eggs every year)
Session 2:
Repeat of session 1 but add 2 hours to all event start times.
