  • 8 Bank Owned Sales (25% of all sales)
  • 5 Short Sales  (15% of all sales)
  • 40% of all sales are distressed property sales
  • Median price $182,500
  • Average days on Market 24

 

 

The lowest price home sold in Patterson during March 2014 was $152,000.

The number of sales was down considerably compared to last year for the second month in a row.  Distressed sales are way down and at their lowest levels in a long time.   We are seeing more and more "traditional sales" and a larger inventory of available homes.
