Cascade Colorado Real Estate Market Report March 2014

By
Real Estate Agent with The Platinum Group Realtors

Cascade Colorado sits West of Colorado Springs in an area called Ute Pass.  This is what some refer to as the gateway to the mountains from Colorado Springs.  Here is where Highway 24 takes you from the West side of Colorado Springs, through Manitou Springs and up to Woodland Park and beyond.  For mountain property loves and those who enjoy fun in the mountains this is your highway.  Mountain areas here include Chipita Park, Cascade and Green Mountain Falls.

From  March 1 - March 31, 2014 there were 37 listings for Single Family Homes in the Ute Pass Area.  Of those:

27 are active on the market

3 are under contract

2 are under contract Short Sale

4 are sold

The list price ranges from $130,000 to $1,300,000.  The average listing is $366,820 and 116 days on the market.

A great find in Cascade is this 2.5 acre parcel in the gated Pikes Peak Mountain Estates Community.  Cascade Colorado Land for sale
