Can you call yourself Doctor, Lawyer, Realtor if you are not eligible to practice in that state ? When someone 
calls for a showing…we verify membership in our MLS with the identification number. Out of curiousity….for some other professions I looked to see if the person was licensed in the state where they referred to themselves as Doctor or Attorney….the state verification source did not list them. Though you would believe….quite naturally….blogging on writing of any kind done in a state and calling yourself by a professional title…that you held one in that state. Deceptive ? Yes…..walking the ethics border unless you have a disclaimer…now living in Texas….formerly barred in New Hampshire…
Do you or your showing company verify that REAL Realtors are licensed in your state? Hope your doctor, lawyer and dentist are as well as any other profession from nail tech and beautician to any others that your state may require.
You can never have toooo much information…..and being licensed where you live, practice, blog, write without a disclaimer would seem to be not enough !
