I wanted to take a look at Homes in Antioch California from one year to the next to see the changes of over one year. The chart looks at the Active Homes for Sale in Antioch; then Homes Sales in March of 2013 and March 2014.

Antioch California Median Home Prices were up about 25% from one year to the next and I suspect prices will continue up. The Median days on market is 20 and there is just over a one month supply of homes; indicating it is still a strong sellers market. The price increases are being driven by the lower end of the market; including entry level and investment grade level homes. The lower end of the market is pushing the entire market up.
