Antioch California Median Home Prices were up about 25% from one year to the next and I suspect prices will continue up. The Median days on market is 20 and there is just over a one month supply of homes; indicating it is still a strong sellers market. The price increases are being driven by the lower end of the market; including entry level and investment grade level homes. The lower end of the market is pushing the entire market up.
