Inventory was better but not enough to meet pent-up buyer demand.
While the number of new listings increased by 50% over the same period in 2013, inventory was not enough as the number of days on the market (DOM) those properties were on dropped by 57% (vs. -11% average in NW Bergen County). In short, when priced right, homes are selling MUCH faster.
