Summerset Homes in Brentwood are very popular. Summerset Homes are gated communities for Active Adults 55+. Summerset is actually 4 communities, but they work together and share resources. Each community has a pool, gym, hot tub, sports courts, many set right on the golf course, there are clubs, activities, and more.

I wanted to take a look at Summerset Homes in Brentwood California from one year to the next to see the changes of over one year. The chart looks at the Active Homes for Sale in Summerset; then Homes Sales in the First Quarter of 2013 and March 2014.

Summerset Average Home Prices were up about 6% from one year to the next and I suspect prices will continue up. The Median days on market is 19 and there is a one month supply of homes; indicating it is still a very strong sellers market. You will note the average sold price did not go up. However, the bottom end of the market is disappearing and the market will be pushed up.
