Every sales and motivational book, tape series, and article says that you need to have a great strong mindset. The Ocala Florida real estate market has apprx a 3 year supply of available homes for sale, prices have declined 16% in the last 12 months, and sales are down 40%-50% from last year which was down 30% from the previous year, so as you can imagine that dealing with those numbers everyday, sometimes I want to buy into them it is hard to keep a positive mindset.
I know that my job is to understand those facts so that I can give my clients the best advice, and at the same time not let my business get influenced or distracted by them.
I also work daily on reviewing the positive information, such as todays closed & pending sales, I say affirmations with my kids on the drive to drop them off at school and listen to positive sales info all day long, like Mike Ferry, Brian Tracey, & Tony Robbins.
I was just wondering what you guys are doing to keep your mindset strong while being bombarded with so much negative info each day?
