I clearly remember you saying that you would do whatever was necessary to “make things right.”
After all, you ARE a “good person” . . . “of your word,” Right?
A person of integrity . . .
and you’ve changed your mind?
Why?
What changed?
When it came time to do the “right thing” you pledged to do, you turned on a dime.
AWKWARD!
Now! As your representative, I’ve made a commitment based on your promise . . . now what?
This makes us both “Liars” . . .
This scenario plays out WAY too frequently in business.
I don’t believe that it always happens intentionally.
After all – In the heat of the battle (negotiation), sometimes we all can get carried away and loose with our promises “Just to get the deal signed.”
That’s a dangerous game because karma is real.
Just sayin’
Be careful with your integrity
It’s VERY fragile
Slow to build and fast to destroy
Pay attention, and DO the right things you promise!
