South Riding Mid Week Update 4/19/2014 - 4/23/2014

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 52 active listings. 3homeslistings new this week; 2 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached home.  8 homes went under contract; 4 traditional sale town homes and 4 traditional sale detached homes.  1 homes sold; 1 traditional sale detached home.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
