Your First Real Estate Experience – A Contest
To date, I've read 91 entries to Karen's Contest - Your First Real Estate Experience. It is bitter-sweet being a judge because for the most part, I feel every entry is a winner.
It's not about winning though. As my Mom always used to say "It's not about whether you win or lose, it's about how you play the game."
If you have not wrote your post for Karen's contest yet, I encourage you to do so. We can all learn from the experiences of others. I'm having a blast reading the entries. There is one common thread in all of them ... and that is the people factor.
Tell us your story of your first real estate experience.
Once upon a time, we've each been involved in our 'first' real estate transaction. Were you once a "Frightened First Time Buyer"? Did you have a mini melt down while stressed out and selling your first home? Ever been a credit-challenged renter or overwhelmed landlord? What about early in your career as a newby real estate agent at your first listing appointment? You can approach this in a number of ways.
