Month #2 brought a prospective buyer looking to spend 24K ! We continue to be disappointed with the Realtor.com lead program. We could have generated same if not more just posting on craigslist. Take it from me, if you want leads it`s best to go out and generate them yourself. Avoid paying good money for a "lead generation program" even if it carries the Realtor.com brand.

Thank you for your candid review. I'm glad that you did receive the one lead at least.

Sorry to hear about your end situation!

Over here 24k would be inexpensive rent for year with a little change back to buy a hotdog.

Wow. I receive telemarketing calls quarterly from Realtor.com trying to convince me to invest in their product. Glad I went with my gut and didn't do it..especially since you are the third person who I've come across to express their lack of satisfaction.

I receive calls from telemarketers in reference to leads - My thing is give me a good and true lead and I don't mind paying you a 25-30% referral fee once I closed. Who has the time and the money for upfront fees and not knowing if it's a true lead and it will get you to closing.

Generating your own leads will give you the experience to know what works and what doesn't... You are getting better at it all the time. Best way for sure. Thanks for the heads up about this service.

I agree - don't spend a penny on Realtor.com. I have tried several of their ad, lead, and enhancement programs over the years. Just say "No" because all of their programs are a waste of time and money! See this post for my two cents! http://actvra.in/4jb2
