Some client-agent relationships are matched well and both parties are able to work together to accomplish the goals set forth.
Then there is the other side...

By discussing every detail of a transaction with both sides agreeing on expectations, timelines and efforts may prevent problems further down the road. Agents love when everything comes together in order to move forward, realizing goals and closing a transaction for their clients.
