Recently my team had the privilege to work with a relocating officer, PCS, to find a home and relocate from Kentucky to Richmond Hill, Georgia. The home that they bought has a septic system that needed to be inspected as part of the condition for the mortgage and the due diligence. When the Major received the bill for the septic tank inspection this was his actual response to my Buyers Agent:
"Jeanne I must have the wrong job, I deal with shit every day but I don't get paid $275 an hour!"
