SOLD

My favorite home inspectors are Charlie, Steven and Ray.  They know everything about houses and make you feel that your house is probably full of bugs or mold or squirrels or mice or mud.  They send you to the attic to check for all kinds of things.  To them I'm sending this photo and letting them analyze the contruction of the house.

To Larry, my techie friend, I'm sending this beautiful SOLD sign that I'm using to show that I have sold this property.  I am extremely pleased to be able to say that it is no longer in my inventory. 

To all four of them I say thanks for reading my boring blogs from time to time and commenting on them.

Good morning Barbara, this picture looks fine to me good solid rock piers, great water flow and insulation!  What more could anyone ask for!  Seriously Home Inspectors for the most part are under rated.  The guys inspecting in the Columbus Ga area are all excellent and have saved my buyers serious grief.

Barbara, very nice photo of your crawl space:)  That looks more like a Cairn than a pier though. Based on your predispostion to "Inspetochondria," did you actually take the picture?  Hope you wore a dust mask---maybe even a hazmat suit.  Thanks for the plug along with the other boys.

Charles, I took the picture.  I just stuck the camera through the crawl space and the flash found this.  I would not, will not, could not climb under a house!  I admire you who can!
