Adding New Cabinets and Granite Counters

in Rancho Cordova Next Week.

 

This condo in Rancho Cordova will be getting all new kitchen cabinets and granite counters next week. I had to start getting them out today while I can. The new owner is on a budget but wants to get some bang for his buck in the kitchen.

 

Since the condo kitchen is not very large, this should be worthwhile. When it comes time to sell one day, this kitchen will stand out over those that have not upgraded their kitchen. He will have the benefit of enjoying the new features as well as adding value to the home.

 

Talk with your agent before you make any radical changes to your home for advice. Contact a qualified general contractor to do the work.

Those new kitchens do pack a lot of bang for the big bucks.  I have had tenants rave about how much they love the kitchen in a few of our homes.

Please, can you tell me what color the granite and cabinets are?  Again, I can't see it yet.
