My Journey Straight Up - Friday A Quiet Day
A quiet day today, the warmest day so far, 23 C, a gentle breeze, a few clouds. The entire group was quiet this afternoon, resting, lounging, relaxing....I am sure we are storing up for great things ahead.
Our writing is fun...the prompts really encourage us to dig deep inside ourselves for inspiration.

Yesterday we did poetry, most of us surprised ourselves with the finished product. Poetry is the other way of using language. We were to write a list of words that tell about a given subject , then taking those words begin to create a poem.....it does not need to rhyme.....it is very interesting how thoughts come together....although I think I will spare you from hearing my attempts. We even wrote about something we do daily that we dislike.......very interesting. Listening to the feedback after we read our work is very encouraging.
My enjoyment of the amazing views from our home away from home..." La Torracce, a place to be happy " never lessen ......it is so restful here, a lovely vacation.
