Market update for Shoreview and Arden Hills

With Easter week and spring break for many, market activity in Shoreview and Arden Hills flattened out last week. Some reports on home prices indicated price decreases across the TC Metro area about 10% down from last January. Will this level of price reductions give some energy to Buyers and a boost to the market?
