The retiring current owners have put great care into the planning of this home. A major goal in their
purchase of the original home and then movement of it to the area it sits on site now plus extensive
renovation and addition was to create an environmentally and economical friendly property.
They purchased the original home in December of 2002. It sat very close to Route 58 and did not
capture the southern exposures they desired. Approximately 2006, the owners began the process

Present owners included such items as recycled blue jean insulation, extra width foundation, insulation
at the foundation and radiant heating in lower level flooring which increase the depth of the concrete
foundation. There are many additional inclusions too which the owners and I would be most happy to
review with potential buyers.
The grounds are fertile for gardens and plantings. The views of the neighboring cranberry bogs are
breathtaking during all seasons. The septic system was new in approximately 2000 and will be TITLE
V Certified prior to the deed transfer. A long driveway accommodates many visitors vehicles. This
property with 246 feet of frontage on Route 58 is within the Commercially zoned area of Carver
with handy access to major routes north and south. Carver is a growing community offering much
advancement for business and residential offerings.
The kitchen offers a large area with pantry and oak cabinetry and ceramic tiled flooring. The cooking
is electric. There is a dishwasher and the kitchen sink has an awesome view of the adjacent cranberry
bogs. A full bath with tub, ceramic titled flooring is placed in a handy location to the kitchen and
bedroom number one. The livingroom with hardwood flooring which shines has the ability to
accommodate your laundry facility in the large closet and has bedroom number two directly off the
livingroom.
The additional wing, originally designed to accommodate current owner’s family member, was designed
with handicapped access in mind. A ramp leading to the second entrance makes for easy access as well
as large doorways, one floor main floor living and a full bath with walk in shower in wing area. The wing
has a large bright window area overlooking the grounds as well as a familyroom, walk in closet, office/
study area and Bedroom number three. All three bedrooms have ample closet space.
In the lower level, we have a massive area finished with radiant floor heating, walk out to rear grounds,
and large amount of storage and workshop area, potential for more finished area in this lower level too.
The lower level too would make for a grand extended family member area too!
Siding is maintenance friendly vinyl and roof is newer asphalt shingle. There are two electrical boxes.
Owner has fuel bill from backup oil heating system.
