How is the market really?

We are getting a ton of questions every day with how is the market? Is everything as bad as the media makes it out to be?

 Here is my question in response- how are you? Are you finding that you are not doing the things that you once did, are you not shopping, are you not into entertainment anymore? Most people I have talked to would say it hasn't really impacted them.

With that said of course there is some consumers who have lost thier jobs, and some who are struggling. Sadly though isn't that always the case?

 With mortgage rates still historically low and sellers who still want to sell and buyers that still need to buy- are things really that bad?
