Bryan Ranked #10 on the Top 10 Most Exciting Cities in Texas

They say everything is bigger in Texas. That includes the fun. The real estate website Movoto.com decided to look at the 100 most populated cities in the State of Texas and rank them according to the "fun" they provide their citizens and visitors. The City of Bryan ranked #10 on the Top 10 Most Exciiting Cities in Texas list.

Movoto.com used statistics from the 2010 US Census, livability scores from AreaVibes and reviews on Yelp to compile their list of the Top 10 Most Exciting Cities in Texas. They ranked each city, including Bryan, based on nightlife (comedy clubs, bars, nightclubs, etc), live music venues, parks, outdoor recreational facilities, the amount of fast food restaurants available (in this case, the lower the number, the higher the ranking), non-fast food restaurants (the more the better) and residents within the 18-34 age range (the ideal age for this list). Each city was ranked in each category on a scale from 1 to 100, with the total score for each city averaged out to give one final score.

The City of Bryan nabbed the Top 10 spot on the Top 10 Most Exciting Cities in Texas thanks to its young-skewing population, fantastic music scene and a plethora of night life to choose from. But that's nothing new to anyone who lives in Bryan. We know how great we have it here. It's just nice that someone else has given Bryan TX the recognition it deserves.
