With so many different insurance companies out there it is hard to decide which way to go. Most insurance policy's are the same in content but differ in price. So what makes you chose a company and stay there. I believe that I retain my clients because they can reach me most any time because my cell phone is on my cards, so if there is a problem they can call and we can resolve it with out the wait. Customer Sevice is very important in maintaining customers and that is one thing our office prides it self in is great customer service. The hours we keep are adjusted to sever our customers needs. I have had many Realtors call me and need a policy for settlement and I have been able to deliver in a timely fashion.
