Release and Recovery………..

Services for Real Estate Pros with Referral Group Incorporated

Sometimes in the course of everyday business stuff happens that threatens a transaction and in turn our clients. I have found that most often difficulties occur when people stop listening to one another, and decide that the best course of action is to move forward with a new deal. How sad. When clients are invested in a transaction it is the agents job to keep emotion out of it, and to resolve differences that stand in the way of a satisfactory conclusion. Unfortunately, this doesn't always happen and people lose a home or a sale that should, or could have closed.

Sometimes it feels like other agents try to infuse the deal with emotions...and not the fluffy cute emotions either.

Good morning friends and thank you for stopping by and leaving your comments and offering your support: I really appreciate it.

Hello Bryan. I think that is funny but it could have been about fishing. Keeping the focus on the close and not the clutter is key. Thank you for your support.

Hi Mona. I totally agree with what you are saying. If the other agent is distracted, arrogant or worse, it is beyond difficult to to the deal without stress, grief and hardship.

Hello John. Yes my friend communication is key in real estate and as you said in life in general. When we stop communicating we are indeed waiting for the other shoe to drop. Thank you.

Have a productive and good day friends.

Sheila

Sheila- you have to remind yourself what the goal is and what your role is in the whole transaction.  Professionals learn when to put emotions on the back burner.

Sheila, Great point that you make regarding transactions. I like to stay with the facts, accomplish each goal in a timely manner, be available for questions and divert attention away from any 'drama' that may sneak in front of what is important.
