Just because a property is similar in size and location does not been the homes are worth the same about of money. Condition of interior and exterior, as well as site, functionality and mechanical systems can be in a whole another shape. Due to that all, there can be a very wide range in the home’s value. For example, I have seen a swing of well over $100,000.
This is why I can not get an professional opinion of value over the phone. Just like you can’t have your doctor diagnose you over the phone and give you a solution, what makes you think your local real estate can? I do have to come out to evaluate your property from top to bottom, take notes, photography then come back to the office to insure I can give a fact based price opinion a couple of days after the initial walk through.
