The Gardens of Ranch Estates range from 1337-2400s and start from the mid 170s, making them some of the most affordable housing in New Braunfels. Both of these neighborhoods were established a few years ago but have seen a tremendous upswing in recent years. The newer homes include amazing upgrades, such as wood floors throughout in North Ranch Estates and granite counters in both neighborhoods. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a 5 bedroom layout. There is a mix of one and two story homes, so you are sure to find your perfect fit. The lots in North Ranch Estates are slightly larger than those in The Gardens of Ranch Estates. The Gardens of Ranch Estates also has a greenbelt.

North Ranch Estates and The Gardens of Ranch Estates are just minutes from WalMart, HEB, banking, and the new Garden Ridge Center. Nearby Kraft Park provides a great place to picnic and let the kids play. A short hop (less than 5 miles) up IH35 will land you near the near medical center and Creekside shopping center which includes everything from big box stores like Target and Best Buy to restaurants like BJs and Willie's Icehouse to clothing stores and a movie theater. In addition, these neighborhoods are less than 5 miles from Schlitterbahn for summer fun and less than 7 miles from historic Gruene for dancing and dining all year long.
