The Beachfront at Juno Beach is one of the newest condos on Juno Beach.  It is a 12 floor building directly on the Atlantic with 53 units, the building was built in 1993.  The latest information that we have regarding leases is that the units have a minimum of six months rentals.  There is a $100 application fee and a personal interview required.  Pets are restricted - so let us know what pets you have and we will check for you.

The property has a clubhouse, Spa, workout facilities, tennis courts and community pool for the residents. On February 10th as I typing this there are 6 units for sale on the MLS price from $1,245,000 to $1,795,000.  These units have either 2 or 3 bedrooms and range from 1,865 to 2,475 living square feet.
