After 492 days on the market and an original listing price of $1,395,000 this large development property looks like it found a match. Sold on 4/11/2014 for $6,700,00 cash.

3. 4368 Omao St, Koloa. 5 bedroom 3 bath home. MLS #254177. $449,000. Owned by Investors Funding Corporation. Sold on 4/14/2014 for $475,000 FHA financing.

We have 4 new REOs coming on the market soon. I’m not to sure what the banks are waiting for. Sometimes it’s just a staffing issue. On one of my REOs  I have had 5 different asset managers. I will have some photos next blog.
