The Brigadoon located directly on Juno Beach are two of the most popular condos in Juno Beach. There are two 12 floor buildings directly on the Atlantic with 94 units between the two buildings, the buildings were built in the mid 70's. The latest information that we have regarding leases is that the units have a minimum of three months and only one rental per year. There is a $100 application fee and a personal interview required. Pets are not permited.
The property has a clubhouse, exersize room, pool table room, and community pool for the residents. On February 10th as I typing this there are 8 units for sale on the MLS price from $595,000 to $895,000. These units have either 2 or 3 bedrooms and range from 1,710 to 2,048 living square feet.
