The Horizon, located directly on Juno Beach is a 12 floor building directly on the Atlantic with 46 units. The Horizon was built in 1981.  The latest information that we have regarding leases is that the units have a minimum of two months and only one rental per year.  There is a $100 application fee and a personal interview required.  Pets are not prestricted so call us and check. Tennants/Renters and Guest are not allowed to have pets.  There is covered parking avaliable with most of the units.  No Trucks, Vans, Commercial vehicles, boats or motorcycles are allowed.

The property has a clubhouse, exersize room, library, sauna, picnic area, bike storage, and community pool for the residents. On February 10th as I typing this there are 6 units for sale on the MLS price from $649,000 to $1,150,000.  These units have either 2 or 3 bedrooms and range from 1,453 to 1,853 living square feet.
