wash oak homeWashington Oaks is a mixture of townhouses, condos and single family homes built starting in 1993- 2000.  The majority of the units are townhouses. There are 32 single family on 1/4 acre lots with the homes ranging in size from 2800-3500 sq ft. They are 4 bedrooms, 2 car garages and basement colonial homes ranging in prices from $850,000- $1.1 million.  The majority of the units (160 in total) are townhouses which were  built in two phases due to a break in construction. They have visual differences along with what was included in the models for sale.  The sizes range from 1800-2400 sq ft with 2-4 bedrooms with prices starting at $500,000 and up to $625,000  They all have a 1 car garage and a basement.  There are 45 condos with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with prices in the low $400′s.   They are 1200-1600 sq ft and do not have garages. A limited # have basements, however, most do not.  Also, some of these have a loft  with stairs leading up to a second level.

Washington Oaks offers tennis courts and playgrounds.  Your lawn care and snow removal are included in the association fee which is around $250-60/month.
