 I can't tell you how many agents will toss a lead out the window and say it was a bad lead. There is no such thing as a bad lead. Only the quality of the lead might be different.

Every person that you contact is a potential lead, either for themselves or for someone else. They might buy, sell, or refer you a client, so why not keep all leads?

I agree,  There are less qualified leads and more qualified leads.  Not good and bad.  I've gotten "leads from leads" so to me they are just that...... Leads.
