Southern OH real estate is all over the map, literally J,

And also figuratively, with homes for sale ranging from foreclosures and, as of yet, thrifty deals on single family starter homes perfect for first time buyers watching their dollars but not wanting to miss out on building their credit and paying less for a home than they can rent or lease, to properties for real estate investing goals. Additionally, those seeking luxury homes have reason to be excited as it’s still amazing how much luxury home you can get for the buck out here in “The Buckeye”.

My business partner Greg Hancock built a website for the brokerage we joined last year. He was all too happy about it, but a webmaster’s work is apparently never done. Needless to say, I’m afraid he’s going to wear his fingers off. More communities are added each month with details about each local SW Ohio real estate market.

You’re going to find inner city condos ( use our property search to find condos) for those wanting the ultimate in convenience and proximity to bigger city nightlife, and charming country style farm houses or a horse ranch on a big spread with a barn or large outbuildings for storage. You’ll drool over some of the custom built luxury properties and estates in places like Cincinnati, Indian Hill, Loveland, Madeira, Mason and West Chester real estate offers a smorgasbord of affordable homes for sale and real estate investment choices still color the market.

Speaking of West Chester, have you looked at West Chester's housing for sale or lease?

Ohio Real Estate – Increasing House Values

Perhaps Ohio real estate market prices are gaining better in comparison to many other states because Ohio was one of the hardest hit states over the last decade’s housing and mortgage lending crisis. Jobs and unemployment continue to improve, city, county and state programs offer more down payment assistance and programs designed to pull neighborhoods out of decline or stem abandonment are being implemented and the vast majority of Ohio’s communities have fairly strong real estate markets so far this year.
