North Richland Hills Home Prices in March 2014 have increased very slightly since last month in the median home brackets.
We also have a slight decrease in our inventory of homes here in NRH in March, down 36.4% over March of last year with 1.9 months inventory as opposed to the 2.4 months of homes available in February. Homes are selling and inventory isn't increasing to keep up with the pace.
Median home sales in North Richland Hills are up 1.9% over March last year with an average sales price of $168,450.

There are now TWO new home communities coming to North Richland Hills! The new community on Davis is framing and there was approval for Sandlin Homes to build a new community on Iron Horse and Liberty. Call me for information!
New construction median home sales price is up 3.9% in March over last year at $338,745.
