UH OH- Annapolis Agent Martha Brown Has More Initials After Her Name
You know, there are agents out there that say putting all those initials behind one's name is so darn stupid. After all how many buyers and sellers even know what they mean? They probably don't. What's good about it is those same buyers and sellers do know this agent is working hard to represent them with highest possible representation. These agents want you to know that you are someone special to them. At least that is how I see it. So with no further ado here is my most recent designation or what is known as letters behind my name.
SRS- Seller Representation Specialist.
This one is all about the seller.

How to become more proficient in concentrating my efforts onhe seller client’s ultimate goals to insure the client is at the center of the sale.
To make sure I am always at the top of manual and electronic marketing methods to uniquely promote your property to the widest range prospective purchasers.
To become better trained in negotiation skills so that I can position my client to receive the best possible outcome.
To acquire an advanced level of understanding on how to collaborate with a variety of cooperating agents of all skill levels in the marketplace to insure that the ‘best’ buyer has an opportunity to purchase your property.
As you can see I liked what was presented to me by earning this designation and with that I guess you could say…..
