Realtors use this as an add on to their virtual tours with Obeo-another marketing tool:

This works by letting buyers change the home on line -walls, trim, floors, counters, cabinets. Change the paint, flooring, surfaces and cabinets!

The idea is to give Realtors a tool that will let the buyers imagine their home as they want it - and of course, most Realtors know the value of advising buyers on saving a little money for redecorating.

Sellers lilke it becasue it makes buyers "stick" to the listing and start to fall in love with it.
