What is the most popular update in older homes?

Well the Bathroom in my opinion. Older homes generally had 1 bath for the whole house and adding another and updating the existing bath with an extra sink and more counter space is a win-win situation for everone! Besides you get to enjoy the new bath untill you sell and move, Right?
