Stanislav Khristenko

Cleveland International Piano Competition

Ventura Missionary Church

Stanislav Khristenko, a multi-award winning pianist, native of Ukraine, graduate from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, enthralls his audiences with his magical fingers ‘dancing’ out the notes from the pages of classical music giving pleasure to the ears of his listeners.

Saturday, May 10th – 3:00pm

Tea & Trumpets

Poinsettia Pavilion

3451 Foothill Road (map)

Enjoy the sounds of pop music from a brass quintet while indulging in the delicacies of ‘tea and crumpets’ – finger sandwiches, scones, fruit and pastries; a combination for a delightful afternoon of entertainment.

Saturday, May 10th – 8:00pm

Preservation Hall Jazz Band

Majestic Ventura Theatre

26 S Chestnut Street (map)

Preservation Hall Jazz Band formerly of New Orleans brings the great sounds of Dixieland jazz to this year’s Ventura Music Festival. What a perfect way to end this year’s festival by taking in their great musical performance in presenting the music from their first album, ‘That’s It!’
