Park Place Estates, built in 1979-80, is a townhome community of 144 units in zip code 92110 at the western end of Mission Valley. Amenities include swimming pool, spa, outdoor grills and picnic areas, and individual garages. Units also have in-unit laundries.
If you like to golf, Riverwalk Golf Course, a public course, is nearby. Also nearby are several shopping malls, including Fashion Valley Mall and Hazard Center.
You can catch the San Diego Trolley at several nearby trolley stations, and the Fashion Valley Transit Station also is a meeting spot for buses and taxis to and from Mission Valley.
Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach, a distance of about seven miles.
Units range in size from 1,058 square feet to 1,759 square feet. Bedroom/bathroom floor plans include 2/2, 2/3, and 3/3.
Monthly HOA dues are about $315-$360 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, water, sewer, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

A check with the FHA indicates that Park Place Estates is FHA-approved through September 6, 2015. Presido Park Estates is not VA-approved.
