AGENTS; RETURN CALLS or PUT A LOCKBOX ON YOUR LISTING/S!
I'm mad as a wet hen! Yep, that's right, as a wet hen. Can you imagine how mad a hen gets when she's wet? That's me.
My complaint, which I've written about before, is about REALTORS/Agents who do NOT answer 
their phones, or call back other fellow REALTORS/Agent. I don't get it!!!
When you take a listing, you are promising your seller/s that you will do everything you can, legally and ethically, to get their home shown and SOLD. Well, if it doesn't get shown, the likely-hood of it being SOLD is fairly unlikely.
Yesterday, I printed out all the listings I will be previewing today for a showing I have on Sunday. I read each and every REALTORS comments and showing "instructions." Several had "Call listing agent." I did.
It's 19 hours later and I still haven't heard from two of the 10. 19 hours!!!!!!! Did I mention 19 hours?
Now, some people say, "Well, maybe they prefer a text or email." Fine. That's fine with me. BUT if that is how you want to be contacted in order for me to show your listing/s, PUT THAT IN THE SHOWING INSTRUCTIONS! Easy smeasy.
Ok, now I'm off to preview some homes that I have "access too."
Sellers: You might want to ask your REALTOR how good they are at communicating with other REALTORS. Just a thought.
