Some agents call them the escrows from HE_ _ . Others wish the clients never walked into their life. We all get them. If you havent yet you will. Here's something to remember. Actually a couple things. The first is that the way you do anything is the way you do everything. Nice people are generally always nice. Mean people are always mean.

When the transaction is FUBAR in the beginningit will be FUBAR in the middle and FUBAR in the end. That's ok, Just know what your getting in and prepare for turbulence. That's why they have seat belts and throw up bags on the planes.

 

 

Agents spend so much of their time branding their business Cards, Fliers, Postcards, and all their marketing materials and then send VANILLA EMAILS.

WHY?

The first mistake is not having a continuing email campaign to stay in front of your sphere of influence

The Second Mistake is not sending branded email. The purpose of marketing is to create an emotion when your client thinks of you or sees something from you. Most agent fail when it comes to email.

Brett, I like your term vanilla emails. We all want the sizzle and not the steak so we need to jazz that side of our marketing up, I agree.

Brett your blog got a little turbulent, I was on track with the escrow point and how many time I have been in a tight fix. I'm hooked wanting to hear more on the escrow solution. Then come the closer Vanilla E-mail?

Thank goodness I did have my seat belt on , but did not need the bag! By the way all good agent are well prepared for the turblents of escrow problems and always looking for any new ways to prevents the problems before they happen!
