Last night I called one of my favorite Rainers. She told me about a $1Million property she just sold. How wonderful!

This got me thinking about how many $1 M+ properties there are on the Pueblo MLS. And better yet, how many have sold. In case you are curious........

Very Interesting, are they ranches?

Jane, some of these are ranches. Won't it be nice to own 160+ acres of your very own!

Dena we could all use one of those sales every quarter or so. Sure would make up for all the time we spend on the small ones :) :)

WOW!! Dena I looked at your numbers for days on the market for your million dollar homes. Your average is 175 and median is 189??? I would love to see numbers like that in this price range in our area.

Kimberly, it would be interesting to compare wouldn't? I'd love to see some from around the country like this.
