I marvel how serious people can take some situations. Well maybe life and death and end of life situations and cruelty in the world are NOT light hearted but the vast majority of things in life, especially our day to day stuff we take THEM and ESPECIALLY OURSELVES way too important in the grand scheme of things. Looking back on things five years back, first you probably can't remember them, and then you were probably mired down in trivial worries and concerns. So work in most instances TO LIGHTEN UP. It makes the world of difference in how your heart AND YOUR LIFE feels to you, and remember this little quote:
Don't take life so seriously...none of us get out of it alive anyway!!
