My coach recommends this service and you know, he is right...If you don't automate, then you're doomed to mess it up! (at least I am!)

It is a good product. If properly used. I HAVE used it in the past.

Sounds great! I know it takes time, but I like to hand-write the note in a pretty hand writing. You know some get thrown away as junk mail, but a small note looks like an invitation to a party (with three children at my house, they're always checking the mail for a birthday party invitation).
