Haven't been here much at all lately, but just noticed that one more post would put me in front of two other ARers in Washington state.  I guess this post should put me up to number 16 or so in our fine state.

Speaking of states - I'm currently in Hawaii trying to get my brokers license here (in addition to California, Oregon and Washington).  I only have to pass the Hawaii state part of the exam, but it is difficult.  I failed miserably the first time I took the test and have had to go on a wild search for materials to study.  Many different regulations than west coast states ...  anyone ever heard of Hula Mae?
