Well, it seems to contradict the past, but as the mercury has finally begun to show signs of being Winter-like, my buyers have actually begun to demonstrate Spring-like activity.
Alright, so it's not a Spring market frenzy, but in the past two weeks, four relatively dormant buyers have returned to the market and I have already put two of them under contract. Perhaps it's the decrease in inventory since the beginning of the year or the fear of an increase in interest rates, but whatever the rationale, it appears that many in my office are realizing an increase of activity in their buyers.
Now, typically, I would think this might just be a glitch at our office, but I've also noticed nearly a 50% increase in showings on my listings over the past 2 weeks.
Is anyone else experiencing similar results?
